We want you to love your Amaya purchase. Need a refund or exchange? Follow the steps below.

Return Policy

Before requesting a return, please make sure:

• Your return is requested and shipped within 20 days of delivery.
• Items are unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached and original packaging.
• Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

1. Request a Return Authorization

Complete the Return Authorization Request Form below with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

We’ll respond within 72 business hours with your Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.

Do not ship your return until your Return Authorization has been approved.

2. Ship Your Return

Once approved:

• Pack your item(s) securely and include your Return Authorization paperwork.
• You may use any shipping carrier. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Returning items from multiple orders? You may ship them together, but each order must have its own approved Return Authorization and paperwork.

3. Refund Processing

Please allow 4–7 business days after your return is delivered for inspection and processing.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, less the 3% restocking fee. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.

Returns We Cannot Accept

Returns may be refused if an item:

• Shows signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
• Is missing original tags or packaging
• Is shipped after the 20-day return window
• Is marked Final Sale
