At Amaya, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item for a refund or exchange it for a different size, color, or style, we're here to help.

Before You Start

Please review our return policy before submitting your request:

• Returns must be requested and shipped within 20 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment after your return has been received and inspected.

How to Request a Return Authorization

To begin your return, complete the Return Authorization Request Form below.

Please have the following information ready:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you would like to return or exchange

Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and respond within 72 business hours with your Return Authorization (RA) and return instructions.

Please do not ship your return until your Return Authorization has been approved.

Shipping Your Return

After your Return Authorization has been approved:

• Securely package your item(s) in their original packaging whenever possible.
• Include your Return Authorization paperwork inside the package.
• You may use any shipping carrier of your choice.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• If you're returning items from multiple orders, you may ship them together as long as you have submitted a Return Authorization request for each order and include the paperwork for each order in the package.

Processing Your Return

Once your return is delivered to our facility, please allow 4–7 business days for inspection and processing.

If your return meets our policy requirements, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less the 3% restocking fee. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Return Policy Exceptions

Amaya reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if:

• The item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.
• Original tags or packaging are missing.
• The return was shipped after the 20-day return window.
• The item is designated as Final Sale.
